We are a fast-paced, hands-on startup team working at the intersection of robotics, logistics, and field execution.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support our expanding field operations. The role involves assisting in operator hiring and onboarding, coordinating training, managing site logistics, supporting payroll/attendance tracking, and driving client interaction. You will be actively engaged on the ground to ensure seamless execution of robotic deployments, proof-of-concept (POC) trials, and day-to-day operations.

This is a fast-paced startup ecosystem role where you are expected to bring in full ownership, adaptability, and consistent efforts to drive operational excellence and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Support & Onboarding

●     Source, hire, and onboard field operators.

●     Maintain proper documentation and ensure smooth induction processes.

Training & Development

●     Conduct and coordinate operator training sessions for process adherence and safe machine handling.

●     Actively engage in field-level mentoring and enforcing operator discipline and performance.

Operational Logistics

●     Ensure the timely delivery of spares and other materials from HQ to project sites.

●     Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and internal teams for uninterrupted site operations.

Payroll & Attendance Coordination

●     Track site-wise operator attendance.

●     Assist in preparing monthly salary invoices and maintain accurate records for internal and client reporting.

On-Ground Operations Support

●     Manage daily operator workflows, resolve field-level issues, and ensure timely task execution in coordination with the central team.

●     Actively participate in proof-of-concept (POC) executions and project rollouts.

Client & Site Management Interaction

●     Work closely with client teams and site management for smooth deployment and operations.

●     Act as a bridge between Flo Mobility's internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction.

Good To Have

●     Prior experience in operations or site coordination is an advantage.

●     Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.

Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, dynamic startup environment with strong problem-solving skills.
