Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for an Operations Associate Intern, based in Bengaluru. The intern will support operational tasks including process optimization, managing workflows, data analysis, and documenting operational processes. They will assist in coordinating between teams, ensuring the smooth execution of projects, and identifying opportunities for resource utilization and efficiency improvements. Additionally, the intern will actively contribute to daily operations to uphold and improve service delivery standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for process improvements and identifying inefficiencies
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software with attention to detail
  • Good communication and teamwork skills for effective coordination across departments
  • Basic understanding of operational workflows and processes
  • Self-motivation, adaptability, and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment
  • Educational background in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related fields is preferred
  • Prior internship experience in operations or a similar role is a plus
