Marketing Manager
Functional Area: Business Development / Sales
Locations: Chennai
Experience: Minimum 5 years in project sales
Industry: Building Products (Glass, Facades, Shades, Window Blinds, Lighting, etc.)
Travel: Required across assigned regions
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project-oriented sales, targeting architects, consultants, project managers.

  • Drive product and project specification by engaging stakeholders.

  • Develop and nurture relationships with key influencers (architects, developers, institutional clients).

  • Identify and convert new business opportunities in niche, branded building products.

  • Manage and motivate a team to meet regional sales targets.



Requirements Profile Requirements

  • 5 years of hands‑on experience in project sales within relevant industries.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and confidence in engaging technical audiences.

  • Ability to speak English, Hindi, and the local language of the region.

  • Team-player mindset with willingness to travel extensively.
