Location - Goregaon

Job Type - Full time

Work timing - 10AM - 7PM

Work Days - Monday to Saturday

Notice Period - Immediate Joiners preferred.

Job Role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Recording Engineer with a strong background in dubbing. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in voice recording for film, TV, or OTT content. You will be responsible for capturing technically accurate, emotionally expressive performances that sync perfectly with original video content.

Job Description

  • Studio Setup & Technical Execution

    Set up and operate microphones, monitors, and recording software to ensure clean, balanced audio during dubbing sessions.
  • Creative Collaboration

    Partner with the Dubbing Director to ensure voice performances match the source material in tone, timing, and delivery.

  • Audio Quality Assurance

  • Monitor and adjust recording levels for consistency.

  • Match recorded dialogue precisely with lip movements on screen.
  • Ensure noise-to-dialogue balance supports clarity without losing ambient texture.

  • Confirm that emotional expression and timing are accurate.

  • Script & Performance Accuracy

    Ensure actors deliver lines naturally and in alignment with the original performance's emotional arc.

  • File Management

    Organize, name, and store audio files systematically for a smooth handoff to the Mixing Engineer.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a Recording Engineer in the dubbing/voice-over industry.
  • Proficient in audio recording software (e.g., Pro Tools, Adobe Audition) and studio hardware.
  • Strong ear for voice performance and sync accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
