Job Title: Onsite Planning Engineer

Location: Mumbai Sites

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer with 8-14 years of onsite planning experience in Residential projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site documentation, Management Information Systems (MIS) & software such as Microsoft Projects & Primavera. This role involves overseeing construction projects, tracking project timelines, recording hindrances, preparing progress review reports, site communications and managing project documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Management: Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely project completion.
  • Site Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date site documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and compliance records.
  • MIS Systems: Utilize MIS systems to track project progress, manage data, and generate reports. Ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to resolve project issues and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Address any issues that arise during construction.
  • Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in civil engineering from a reputed University
  • Experience: 8-14 years of onsite planning experience in residential building projects.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, MS Office and other relevant software. Experience with MIS systems.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Certifications: Certification from NICMAR or other Construction Management Systems preferred.
