Responsibilities
• Update project scope from time to time, prepare schedule & get approvals from Head.
• Monitor planned vs actual progress & identify delays, bottlenecks & prepare mitigation plan.
• Collect data & update cash flow on monthly basis and intimate any major deviations to Head.
• Co-ordinate with internal team and external consultant for releasing various drawings.
• Advice for planning of major construction materials and labors.
• Monitor timely supply of material and labor resources.
Qualifications
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- 6-8 years of experience in the Real estate industry
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
