Lead a Team of Full-Stack Engineers

">Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our team of full-stack engineers. As the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for driving performance management, team development, and career progression.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of software developers.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.
  • Architecture and Design: Own the architecture, design, and implementation of core fintech product modules using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
  • Coding Standards: Review and enforce coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, and software quality best practices.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 8+ years of software development experience, with at least 3+ years in team leadership roles.
  • Track Record: Proven track record of working in product-based fintech companies.
  • MERN Stack: Deep hands-on experience in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
  • Cloud-Native Architectures: Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
