• We are seeking a highly experienced Automation engineer who is often responsible for designing and implementing automated tests to ensure the quality of software products. Knowledge of testing methodologies, test planning, and test case development is crucial.


• Automation engineers need to be able to analyze complex systems, identify areas for automation, and develop creative solutions to streamline processes and improve efficiency.


• The ideal automation engineer will have a passion for automation, a strong technical background, and the ability to drive continuous improvement through innovative solutions.

What work you could do as an Automation engineer:


• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify areas suitable for automation. Analyze system requirements and assess the feasibility of automation implementation. Gather detailed requirements and specifications to guide automation development.


• Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using appropriate tools and technologies. Develop scripts, workflows, and algorithms to automate repetitive tasks and optimize workflows. Integrate automation solutions with existing systems and applications. Ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability of automation solutions.


• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate the functionality and performance of automation solutions. Conduct thorough testing to identify and address any issues or bugs. Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure automation solutions meet quality standards and compliance requirements.


• Create documentation including technical specifications, user manuals, and troubleshooting guides for automation solutions. Maintain accurate records of automation processes, configurations, and changes. Generate reports to track automation performance metrics, efficiency gains, and return on investment.


• Stay updated on emerging automation technologies, trends, and best practices. Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation enhancements. Proactively propose and implement improvements to existing automation systems to optimize performance and functionality.


• Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on using automation tools and systems. Offer technical assistance and troubleshooting support for automation solutions. Foster a culture of automation adoption and knowledge sharing within the organization


• Builds and maintains strong relationships with peers in the processing unit, supports functions and projects, and delivers jointly owned initiatives through effective collaboration.

Required skills, experience, and qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, and Information Technology or a related field is typically required.


• Minimum 3 years' experience as an Automation engineer.


• Good technical knowledge in automation and related hardware and software.


• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.


• Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts effectively.


• Proven experience in automation design, development, and implementation is typically required for mid-level and senior roles.


• Experience in project management or working within Agile methodologies.
