Automation Engineer Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Automation Engineer Specialist to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts, as well as building scalable test automation frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, WebdriverIO, Protractor, Cypress, and Playwright.
  • Build scalable test automation frameworks (POM, BDD with Cucumber, Mocha/Jest).
  • Write and optimize SQL and SOQL queries to validate data in relational databases and Salesforce.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
  • Collaborate with developers and QA team to identify test scenarios, acceptance criteria, and coverage gaps.
  • Perform functional, regression, cross-browser, and data validation testing.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot automation failures, logging detailed defects in tracking tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps).
  • Report on quality metrics and continuously improve automation coverage and reliability.
Requirements:
  • Expertise in test automation frameworks, including Selenium, WebdriverIO, Protractor, Cypress, and Playwright.
  • Experience in building scalable test automation frameworks (POM, BDD with Cucumber, Mocha/Jest).
  • Knowledge of SQL and SOQL query optimization.
  • Ability to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
