Job Title: Pre-Sales Executive – Gym Memberships

Location: Fit Up Gym, C-Scheme, Jaipur

Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time (Flexible shifts)

About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to join our fitness center. The role involves engaging with potential clients, understanding their fitness goals, and helping them choose the right membership plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle walk-in and telephonic inquiries and convert them into memberships.
  • Counsel prospective members and recommend suitable plans based on their needs.
  • Follow up with leads to maximize conversions.
  • Maintain accurate records of inquiries, leads, and sales in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with the operations and fitness teams to ensure excellent member experience.
  • Achieve monthly membership and revenue targets.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in sales (experience in fitness, retail, or service industry preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer counselling and persuasion skills.
  • Confident, energetic, and target-driven personality.
  • Basic computer proficiency (CRM handling preferred).

Working Hours:

  • Full-time: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (with breaks)
  • Part-time: 3 hours in the morning & 3 hours in the evening

Compensation:

  • Salary: Fixed + Incentives (based on memberships closed)
