- Sales & Marketing Collaboration: Working with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns, and attending industry events to raise brand visibility.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiating and closing sales contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the hospitality establishment.
- Sales Strategy & Analysis: Developing and implementing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and tracking sales performance metrics to identify areas for growth.
- Event & Site Management: Planning and hosting familiarization trips and site inspections for potential clients to showcase the facility's offerings.
- Reporting: Preparing detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management
