We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Perform specialized HR consulting and coaching services for business leaders.
  • Enable business change by supporting talent aspects of organizational structure changes and talent integration related to mergers and acquisitions.
  • Advocate for HR programs, communicating their business value and managing rollouts to minimize disruption.
  • Collaborate with business and talent management/staffing and recruiting teams on key talent initiatives like workforce planning, high-potential employee development, and succession planning.
  • Manage and oversee the implementation of short-term activities within the team, making operational decisions within a defined scope.
  • Deliver professional responsibilities focusing on excellence, potentially supervising less experienced professionals and taking responsibility for end-products.

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduate or MBA(HR)
  • Immediate joiner
  • Flexible to work in 24*7 shifts
  • Flexible for WFO
  • Experience in call centre environment as an BHR/HRBP can be a plus
