Job description:-

Role & responsibilities :-

  • Must have min 3years of hands-on experience in Software / IT Service Industry.
  • Must have done target based Technical hirings.
  • Will be responsible for End to End IT Recruitments.
  • Must posses strong understanding in Recruitment Life Cycle (from Sourcing till onboarding)
  • Must have proven Candidate Sourcing experience (from Job boards/ Portal/ LinkedIN)
  • Must have experience in Self Sourcing & Lateral hirings.
  • Expertise required in Interview Co-ordination & Scheduling (F2F/ VC)
  • Must have extensively worked for walk-in drives / bulk hirings.
  • Must have strong expertise in Salary Negotiation skills .
  • Must have experience in Employee Onboarding (collecting documents till onboarding)
  • Should be excellent in Stakeholder management.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience in 3-6years in IT Recruitments
  • Should have completed Graduation
  • Should have Good communication skills.
  • Must have Go Getter attitude
  • Should be Self Motivated
  • Should be Target Oriented
  • Should be strong in managing work pressure
  • Should be a Good team player.
  • Should be ready to work from Andheri(Mumbai- Chakala)Office
  • Should be ready to work from Monday to Friday & Saturday -alternate.

Work Location : Mumbai - Andheri (Chakala)
