Job Description :-

  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans and lead execution strategies for residential and data center projects, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure all project phases are completed on time and within budget.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance protocols to maintain high standards of construction and safety across all projects.
  • Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising on quality.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address unforeseen challenges during the project lifecycle.
  • Software Proficiency: Revit, Auto-CAD, Primavera P6, MS-Office, MS Project

Key Requirements

  • Experience: 19-20 years of experience in project management within the real estate, residential, or data center construction sectors.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or a related field is required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Project Management or a related field
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery in large-scale construction projects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,600, ₹2,000,000.00 per year
