highly skilled and creative Head Chef
to join our leadership team and bring exceptional food experiences to our guests.
About the Role:
As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for managing the entire kitchen operation — from menu planning and staff training to quality control and guest satisfaction. This is a senior-level role ideal for someone who has already demonstrated excellence in resort or hotel kitchens and is now ready to lead with innovation, precision, and pride.
This role requires more than just cooking; it demands leadership, creativity, operational excellence, and an uncompromising commitment to quality and guest experience.
What We're Looking For:
Expertise in North Indian Cuisine
- Deep, hands-on experience in preparing regional North Indian dishes, both classic and contemporary
- Ability to balance rich traditional flavors with modern presentation techniques
Mastery in Barbecue & Grilled Menus
- Experience in curating live barbecue counters, grills, and outdoor dining setups
- Skilled in marination, meat preparation, live cooking, and plating
Strong Background in Buffet Setup & Execution
- Ability to design and execute extensive buffet menus for breakfast, lunch, and dinner
- Knowledge of food rotation, guest flow, display aesthetics, and high-volume service
Resort & Hotel Experience is a Must
- Previous experience working in high-end resorts or hotels is essential
- Understanding the needs of diverse guests, room dining services, and event catering
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments while maintaining top-tier quality
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire the kitchen team to deliver exceptional food, consistently
- Plan seasonal menus and special event offerings, keeping in mind guest preferences
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and food presentation
- Coordinate with F&B and management teams to align kitchen operations with resort standards
- Manage kitchen inventory, costs, and vendor relationships
- Train junior chefs and foster a positive, learning-focused kitchen environment
