We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef Helper with a strong background in baking to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the head chef in the preparation and baking of a variety of cakes, pastries, and other desserts.
- Follow recipes and adhere to strict quality standards to ensure the highest quality products.
- Operate and maintain baking equipment, including ovens, mixers, and proofers.
- Prepare and decorate cakes and pastries according to customer specifications.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Chef Helper or similar role in a professional kitchen.
- Strong baking skills and knowledge of various baking techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Food safety certification (preferred).

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Baking: 1 year (preferred)
