Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) located in Patna. The CTO will oversee the technological infrastructure of the company and drive the execution of technology strategies and digital transformation initiatives. Responsibilities include leading software development, designing system architectures, creating innovative products, and managing IT operations. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to align technical strategies with business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Software Development and Product Development with a deep understanding of best practices and emerging technologies
  • Proven experience in Project Management, overseeing end-to-end technology projects and ensuring timely delivery
  • Strategic thinking capabilities in IT Strategy and Architecture with a focus on aligning technology with business objectives
  • Solid understanding of technology trends and the capacity to influence the direction of product innovation
  • Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated experience managing high-performing engineering teams
  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Experience in financial technology (FinTech) is an advantage
