Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Patna. The Telecaller will handle daily responsibilities such as engaging with potential and existing clients over the phone, presenting details about IT courses, answering inquiries, and collecting customer feedback. Additional tasks include maintaining client records, scheduling follow-ups, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions
• Organizational skills for maintaining accurate customer records and scheduling follow-ups
• Proficiency in using basic office tools such as MS Word, Excel, and CRM software
• Customer service skills, along with a problem-solving mindset
• Fluency in Hindi and English is preferred (or as per the demographic requirements)
• Prior experience in telemarketing, customer service, or a related role is beneficial
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification; a bachelor's degree is a plus
