Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing & Communication

  • Manage SharePoint portals and internal content.
  • Support event coverage and marketing materials.
  • Draft blogs, case studies, and internal/external surveys.
  • Coordinate with teams and vendors for campaigns.

2. Financial & Vendor Management

  • Handle ERP entries (PR, PO, GRN, MIN).
  • Coordinate with Finance for payments and budgets.
  • Track expenses and vendor compliance.

3. Training & Learning

  • Manage LMS enrolments, reports, and uploads.
  • Coordinate training sessions, content, and logistics.
  • Maintain the annual training calendar.

4. Data & Reporting

  • Prepare dashboards and performance reports.
  • Support documentation and audit readiness.

5. Coordination

  • Liaise with Legal, Finance, and Admin for approvals.
  • Act as contact point for internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications/ Experience:-

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination, learning administration, or operations management
  • Prior experience with ERP tools and LMS platforms preferred
