Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced designer with a deep understanding of user-centered design (UCD). As a Design Lead, you will work with a team of researchers, UX and UI designers, visual designers and design managers.
  • Transform high level product requirements into fully fledged designed flows
  • Independently lead the design projects and manage deliverables
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research using various UX research methods including user research, competitors analysis
  • Perform design audits and heuristic evaluation of digital products
  • Research synthesis, design problem extraction and report writing
  • Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
  • Develop information architecture and low fidelity wireframes
  • Create high fidelity UI designs and prototypes using Figma
  • Proficiency with Figma
  • Drive solutions to completion
  • Train and lead a team of junior designers
  • Actively contribute towards building a community of designers
  • Maintaining consistency in the design as well as applying industry best practices
