Senior AI Engineer – BridgeAI (Remote – India)

BridgeAI is a technology company that helps real estate agencies manage and automate their customer interactions through an AI-powered CRM and communication tools. Our platform integrates WhatsApp, email, and website chatbots to qualify leads, schedule property viewings, and simplify agency workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop AI features that support automated lead qualification, conversation handling, and workflow optimization.
  • Build, fine-tune, and deploy NLP, LLM, and machine learning models for real estate applications.
  • Create and maintain ETL pipelines to manage training and inference data.
  • Integrate AI models into backend microservices (Django/FastAPI).
  • Optimize model performance for scalability and efficiency.
  • Develop and test LLM prompts and system instructions for structured data extraction and responses.
  • Evaluate models using benchmarks and A/B testing.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to align AI capabilities with business needs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, including 2+ years in NLP or conversational AI.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
  • Experience with LLMs, embeddings, and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate).
  • Familiarity with API-based LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).
  • Knowledge of data preprocessing, tokenization, and annotation workflows.
  • Experience deploying AI models in production environments.
  • Understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.) and event-driven systems.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain AI solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in real estate or CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of multilingual NLP or recommendation systems.
  • Familiarity with RAG pipelines and frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
