About the Role

We're looking for a Senior AI Developer to design, build, and scale cutting-edge AI pipelines combining speech intelligence (STT/TTS), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and real-time streaming infrastructure.

You'll join a multidisciplinary team working at the intersection of AI agents, immersive environments (Unity), and cognitive research — developing highly adaptive, low-latency systems that bring language and voice models into interactive experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Architect and fine-tune advanced speech-to-text (STT) and text-to-speech (TTS) models using Whisper, Tacotron, FastSpeech, or similar frameworks.
  • Integrate RAG pipelines with LangChain / LangGraph, optimizing for retrieval accuracy, latency, and memory persistence.
  • Deploy scalable real-time systems on AWS, GCP, or Azure using Docker, CI/CD, and serverless microservices.
  • Build and maintain vector databases and embeddings for multimodal retrieval workflows.
  • Develop reusable AI components and ensure reliability, uptime, and performance monitoring in production.
  • Collaborate with Unity developers to embed AI agents within interactive or game-based experiences.
  • Conduct model evaluations, logging, and continuous improvement cycles for deployed AI solutions.

Must-Have Skills

  • Experience with speech models (Whisper, Vosk, Tacotron, FastSpeech, or equivalent).
  • Production-grade RAG experience using LangChain / LangGraph, with at least one deployed application.
  • Strong cloud-native DevOps background — containers, vector DBs (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, FAISS), and serverless frameworks.
  • Excellent Python (asyncio, FastAPI, LangChain integration) and working TypeScript knowledge.
  • Proven experience shipping low-latency, real-time inference services.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) for collaboration across research and engineering teams.
  • gRPC / RTP streaming for real-time audio systems.
  • Experience with Kafka / Flink for streaming analytics.
  • Open-source contributions or community involvement in AI/ML frameworks.
  • Previous exposure to VR / Unity environments or agent-based interaction systems.
