Senior AI Engineer

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced AI solutions leveraging LLMs and modern AI frameworks. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, OpenAI/Gemini/GPT-4.0, PydanticAI, and backend engineering using FastAPI/FastMCP, along with solid experience working with PostgreSQL and GCP-based deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

AI Model Integration & Development

  • Build and integrate LLM-based solutions using OpenAI, Gemini, GPT-4.0.
  • Develop structured prompts and implement RAG-based workflows for intelligent, context-aware outputs.

Backend Engineering

  • Develop scalable APIs and microservices using FastAPI and FastMCP.
  • Ensure efficient data flow between application layers and AI models.

Data Management

  • Design and optimize PostgreSQL data models for AI-driven applications.
  • Build secure and efficient data pipelines for model training and inference.

Cloud & Deployment

  • Deploy and manage AI workloads on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including Vertex AI.
  • Optimize infrastructure for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.

Quality, Reliability & Support

  • Apply best practices for testing, monitoring, and validating AI systems.
  • Support incident resolution and root cause analysis when required.

Collaboration & Agile Delivery

  • Work within Scrum teams and participate in all sprint ceremonies.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to internal AI knowledge sharing.
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with business and user requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in AI/ML Engineering or related domains.
  • Strong hands-on experience with OpenAI, Gemini, GPT-3.5/GPT-4.0.
  • Proficiency in Python, YAML, FastAPI, PydanticAI, FastMCP.
  • Strong experience with PostgreSQL, schema design, and optimization.
  • Practical experience deploying AI systems on GCP.
  • Good understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, and automation practices.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with LangChain or similar orchestration frameworks.
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI safety principles.
  • Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes for AI workloads.
  • Understanding of full-stack concepts and software architecture.
  • Strong interpersonal and cross-team collaboration skills.
