Prepare Documents in LIMS Software for all Location. Preparation, Revision and Review of Raw Material, FP and in process specification, MOA and Worksheet. 1.2 Create Assay master, Party master, Test characteristic master, Product unit and Test unit In LIMS software 1.3 Operation and Handling of LIMS Software. Transfer Raw Material/ Finished product specification, MOA and Worksheet from Plant to Plant in LIMS. Handling of QMS Activity Change control initiate as per Pharmacopoeial changes, during periodic review and as per stake holder requirement. Handling of Deviation and CAPA Risk Assessment preparation/Review for SOP/STP/SPEC/MOA whenever it is required. Planning and work distribution for LIMS Team. Handling of Pharmacopoeial changes and Intimation to Related Department for any changes Preparation Revision and Review of specification and MOA for RA, Purchase and DCGI. Preparation, Revision and Review of CQC related SOP and STP as and when required. To provide training to new joinee for LIMS Preparation and review of Qualification protocol and report related to LIMS as and when required. 4.0 Co-ordinate with LIMS vendor for trouble shooting of LIMS related issues Preparation and review documents for API plant. Intimation to CQC In-charge for any abnormal observation. Any other responsibility may be assigned from time to time. Preparation, Review and Revision of Packing material specification, MOA and Worksheet.
