Ensure that timely unload materials.

Prepare Goods received note. (RM, PM & MISC.)

Ensure that timely affixed Barcode label

Material Storage and handling

3.1

Maintain the store as per cGMP guidelines.

3.2

To be check properly arrangement and storage of materials.

3.3

To be check physical stocks against book stocks

Log book entry and verification

4.1

Online entry done in Respective area logbook

4.2

Timely check and review  records of Stores

5

Materials Dispensing and timely transfer to Production

5.1

Coordinate with production and plan for timely dispensing.

5.2

Ensure that timely dispensing of raw material and packaging material to Production

5.3

Ensure that dispensed material timely transfer to the production area.

Stock verification and reconciliation to Auditor

6.1

Ensure that timely stock verification to be done

6.2

Responsible for timely reconciliation of stock

6.3

Responsible for Attend the Auditor for Stock verification and reconciliation.

Audit Preparation and provide compliance report to QA 

7.1

Responsible for Audit compliance

7.2

To attend the Auditors and explain store operations.

7.3

Responsible for Provide Audit observation complies supporting documents to QA.

Software entry and report

8.1

SAP Entry

LMS training

Assist to HOD and team buildup

9.1

Responsible of day to day receipt, issuance, storage and monthly physical verification of RM, PM, Consumable, electrical, mechanical and utility items.

9.2

Coordination with CFT department for smooth operation.

9.3

To follow the safety guidelines across the warehouse operation.
