Responsibilities

1.0

Analytical method Validation/Verification and method transfer

1.1

To review, method transfer documents received from ADL before execution of method validation at site.

1.2

Execution of Method validation/Verification and Method transfer analysis activity as per protocol.

1.3

To prepare Analytical method validation/Analytical method verification protocols and reports.

1.4

Initiate the procurement for method verification/validation based on the method development report.

1.5

Preliminary review of raw data for method validation, method verification, and method transfer activities 

1.6

To perform the method feasibility studies.

2.0

Coordinate with QA and RA for query response related to Analytical method validation/verification.

3.0

Coordinate with ADL for Method development report and review of the development report.

4.0

To provide a compliance report of regulatory observation and implementation of observation in QC.

5.0

Any data integrity-related observation in the department should be shared with the CQC head.

6.0

Document management and storage of method validation/verification analysis protocol, raw data, and report.

7.0

Preparation and revision of standard operating procedure.

8.0

To prepare the investigation reports for laboratory incidents. 

9.0

Any other work assigned by section head/Head-CQC
