Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a GRC Consultant based in Bengaluru. The GRC Consultant will be responsible for ensuring governance, risk management, and compliance activities for clients. Daily tasks include conducting risk assessments, compliance audits, and policy reviews, implementing security controls, developing reports, and advising on best practices to adhere to regulatory standards. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with client teams to identify vulnerabilities and propose security improvement plans.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), including risk assessments, policy development, and regulatory compliance also experience in TPRM
  • 3 years of hands-on experience in GRC
  • Strong knowledge of Security Auditing, Penetration Testing, Security Operations, and Vulnerability Management
  • Experience with tools like Nessus, Tenable SecurityCenter, Burpsuite, Netsparker, and Palo Alto Prisma
  • Familiarity with frameworks such as ISO 27001, PCI DSS, NIST, and other compliance standards
  • Proficient in Cybersecurity concepts such as Threat Hunting, Secure Access Management, and Malware Detection
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Relevant certifications like ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer, CEH, CISA, CISM, or CISSP are a strong plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
