Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Officer & Area Head located in Bengalur & Chennai The Field Officer & Area Head will be responsible for overseeing loan application processes, conducting field visits, managing borrower relationships, and monitoring loan repayments. This role will also include supervising and guiding field staff, ensuring compliance with company policies, and providing regular reports on field activities and performance.

Qualifications

  • Loan application processing and borrower relationship management skills
  • Field visit and monitoring of loan repayment skills
  • Supervisory and guidance skills for field staff
  • Experience in providing regular reports and ensuring compliance with policies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
  • Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
