Who You Are:

A strategic mind with a creative soul. You're part marketer, part psychologist, part cultural sponge. You get why brands succeed (or don't), and you're obsessed with decoding what makes people tick.

What You'll Do:

  • Build and shape brand identities from scratch or refine existing ones to stand out in a saturated market
  • Lead and facilitate brand workshops, discovering the true DNA of our clients
  • Translate insights into
    clear positioning, messaging frameworks,
    and
    brand architecture
  • Work closely with creative, design, and digital teams to bring strategies to life
  • Stay ahead of cultural, industry, and digital trends to keep brands future-ready
  • Present strategy decks that don't just inform—but inspire

What You Bring:

  • 3–6 years of experience in brand strategy, advertising, or creative consulting
  • Strong portfolio of brand work—naming, positioning, storytelling, and campaigns
  • An ability to turn complex business goals into crystal-clear brand strategy
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and visual)
  • Passion for insights, research, pop culture, and design thinking

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with consumer research (quant or qual)
  • Worked on both big legacy brands and nimble start-ups
  • Agency background with multi-sector exposure
