Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The Telesales Executive will handle daily responsibilities, including outbound calls to prospective and existing students, providing accurate information about courses and services, generating leads, and converting inquiries into enrollments. They will also ensure excellent customer service by addressing queries and maintaining strong communication with clients.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues
- Customer service and support skills, including addressing inquiries and resolving concerns
- Lead generation and sales expertise to identify and convert potential clients
- Ability to manage relationships effectively and meet performance targets
- Proficiency in using basic telecommunication tools and CRM software is an advantage
- Collaborative team player with a proactive and result-oriented approach
- Prior experience in telesales or customer-facing roles is preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is desirable
