The Opportunity

We are looking for a dynamic Growth Co-founder to join our founding team and lead outbound GTM strategy and execution. This role is ideal for a driven B2B sales and marketing professional with an entrepreneurial mindset who wants to own and scale a category-defining GTM agency. You will have significant equity in the company and play a critical role in shaping our growth engine, client success, and future product evolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Co-own and lead all aspects of outbound GTM growth including strategy, execution, and optimization.
  • Identify and define ICPs, build targeted prospect ecosystems, and craft data-driven, personalized outreach campaigns.
  • Collaborate deeply with AI engineers and automation architects to develop scalable GTM workflows for multiple B2B clients.
  • Drive client acquisition and retention by delivering high-impact, sales-qualified leads that convert to revenue.
  • Analyze pipeline metrics to refine funnel performance continuously and scale growth engines.
  • Represent externally in founder and investor conversations as a key growth evangelist.

Desired Profile

  • 5+ years in B2B growth roles with proven success driving multi-channel outbound & inbound campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with GTM automation platforms
  • Strong analytical skills combined with an ability to craft compelling narratives and messaging frameworks.
  • Track record of entrepreneurial spirit—comfortable taking ownership, experimenting rapidly, and iterating.
  • Visionary mindset with a passion for AI-driven innovation in sales and marketing.
