Company Description:

LAXUS is a Bengaluru-based premium bags brand specializing in bulk corporate orders with customized branding solutions.

We design and manufacture a wide range of products, including backpacks, laptop sleeves, travel gear, and accessories, crafted with premium materials, durability, and functionality in mind.

Over the past two years, we've built a strong foundation, showcased our products to corporates and institutions, and helped them with customized designs and quality bags, which elevated their branding. And are now looking for the right partner to scale with us.

We're seeking a passionate, entrepreneurial Co-Founder (Full-time) to join our journey.

Role: Co-Founder

Location: Bengaluru (On-ground presence required)

Compensation:
Equity-based only (No fixed salary at this stage)

Role Description:

This is a full-time Co-Founder role in Bengaluru. The Co-Founder will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of the company, bringing in sales, building partnerships with clients, and driving growth and innovation in the business.

What we're looking for:

  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to build from scratch
  • 5 to 10 years of related experience in sales, business development, and brand building
  • Ability to hustle, network, and drive growth in the B2B and B2C space
  • Strong leadership skills with effective communication

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in MBA, or a related field
