Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to focus on acquiring, managing, and expanding our High Net-Worth Individual (HNI) client base. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a keen interest in financial markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new HNI clients for investment in Unlisted Shares, Pre-IPO, and other financial products.
Pitch investment opportunities and build long-term relationships with clients.
Understand client needs and provide customized investment solutions.
Stay updated with market trends, product offerings, and competitor activities.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Work closely with the advisory and research team to deliver value-driven investment strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Proven interest or prior experience in sales/financial services/investment products.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to engage and build rapport with HNI clients.
Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving targets.
Knowledge of equities, unlisted shares, or investment products will be an added advantage.
