JOB DESCRIPTION
Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HubSpot / GoHighLevel Administrator &
Configurator to manage, configure, and optimize our CRM and marketing automation
platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CRM workflows,
marketing automation, integrations, and analytics, with proven expertise in HubSpot and/or
GoHighLevel platforms.
You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless system operations, supporting sales and
marketing teams, and enabling business growth through automation and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Platform Administration & Configuration
o Set up, configure, and maintain HubSpot / GoHighLevel accounts, pipelines,
dashboards, workflows, and automation rules.
o Manage user access, permissions, and security compliance.
o Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and governance across CRM systems.
• Workflow & Automation Management
o Design, implement, and optimize automation for lead capture, nurturing, and
engagement.
o Create and configure workflows, triggers, sequences, and campaigns to
support sales & marketing.
o Build custom forms, landing pages, and email templates.
• Integration & Data Management
to Integrate HubSpot / GoHighLevel with third-party tools (e.g., email, VoIP,
analytics, payment gateways).
o Manage API-based integrations to ensure smooth data flow across systems.
o Regularly audit, clean, and maintain CRM databases.
• Reporting & Analytics
o Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports for marketing, sales, and operations.
- Provide insights into lead generation, campaign effectiveness, and pipeline
performance.
o Track ROI and recommend optimization strategies.
• Support & Training
to Act as the primary system administrator for HubSpot / GoHighLevel.
o Provide training and support to internal teams on platform best practices.
o Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with vendor support as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, or related
field (or equivalent work experience).
• 6+ years of CRM / Marketing Automation experience, with at least 3+ years
hands-on experience with HubSpot or GoHighLevel.
• Strong knowledge of CRM configuration, workflow automation, and pipeline
management.
• Experience with API integrations and third-party tools.
• Proficiency in reporting and analytics dashboards.
• Excellent understanding of sales funnels, marketing automation, and lead
management.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):
• HubSpot or GoHighLevel certifications (e.g., HubSpot Marketing Hub, Sales Hub).
• Experience with Zapier, Integromat, or other automation tools.
• Exposure to email deliverability optimization and A/B testing.
• Understanding of GDPR / data privacy compliance in CRM systems.
