Job Responsibility

  • Support the Delivery Manager in supervising and ensuring smooth execution of large-scale examination projects.
  • Coordinate between field teams, government officials, and internal departments to ensure adherence to SOPs.
  • Monitor live feeds, incident reports, and system logs; escalate anomalies for timely resolution.
  • Assist in planning and resource allocation for exam operations across multiple centers.
  • Oversee and guide Delivery Coordinators during exam cycles, ensuring compliance with security protocols.
  • Provide first-level client interaction during projects, ensuring updates and escalations are well-documented.
  • Prepare MIS reports, operational summaries, and project documentation for management review.
  • Ensure IT assets (CCTV, biometrics, VOIP, OMR scanners) are deployed and functioning effectively.
  • Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Preferred: Candidates with prior experience in handling government/large-scale assessment projects.

Job Specification

  • Graduate .
  • 3 to 7 years of experience in operations/project coordination; exposure to large-scale examination or government projects is an advantage.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure and resolve issues swiftly during mission-critical projects.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across locations during exam cycles.
  • Two-wheeler preferred for mobility during operations
