Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader (Telecollection) located in Chennai. The Team Leader will be responsible for managing and guiding a team of telecollection agents to meet daily collection targets. Responsibilities include monitoring call performance, providing training and feedback, resolving escalated issues, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The Team Leader will also be required to generate reports on team performance and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in telecollection
- Proficiency in using telecommunication and collection software
- Ability to handle and resolve conflict efficiently
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational abilities
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
