JOB Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive technical support to users, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
  • Assist in the administration and maintenance of the companys IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and network devices.
  • Play a key role in a project to upgrade the companys IT infrastructure, improving system reliability and performance.
  • Conduct regular system backups and implemented data recovery procedures, ensuring data integrity and availability
  • Knowledge of RMC Plant & ESSAE Weighbridge operations will be added advantage.

QUALIFICATION

Bachelors degree in computer science or related field preferred

EXPERIENCE

2 - 4 Years

SKILL SETS

Strong understanding of support, IT service desk, IT Helpdesk, technical support, desktop support, manual testing

ANY OTHER REQUIREMENTS

RMC & Weighbridge Operations Knowledge

Other Responsibilities:

  • Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the management

  • Provide technical support to users via phone, email, remote etc

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to cloud services, desktop applications.

  • Collaborate with internal terms to identify and implement solutions for recurring problems

  • Document and maintain knowledge base articles for future purpose reference.

  • Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support as needed.

  • Willing to travel to different locations as per requirements
