Location: Hyderabad (Work from office – 5 days a week)

Job type: Full-time

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented accounts executive (fresher) to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in accounting, financial operations, and compliance. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in core accounting processes, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accounts support: Assist in managing vendor invoices, customer payments, and daily financial transactions. Support reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable.
  • Financial entries & compliance: Support in recording day-to-day purchase and sales entries. Learn and assist in compliance activities such as GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and income tax filings.
  • Reporting & analysis: Assist in preparing monthly reports such as balance sheets and profit & loss statements. Perform basic bank reconciliations and maintain accurate transaction records.
  • Data management & tools: Maintain financial data in Excel and accounting software. Learn and apply accounting principles for accurate record-keeping and reporting.
