Responsibilities

  • Guest Services:
  • Provide a welcoming and professional experience for all guests, from check-in to check-out.
  • Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing concerns and implementing improvements based on feedback.
  • Staff Management and Leadership:
  • Supervise front desk, housekeeping, and other operational staff during assigned shifts.
  • Conduct staff training, mentoring, and performance check-ins to ensure high service standards.
  • Manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak and off-peak times.
  • Foster a positive and professional work environment.
  • Daily Operations Management:
  • Oversee all daily front office operations, including reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure all guest needs are met and operations run smoothly, such as coordinating maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
  • Monitor and report on guest feedback and complaints.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and order of public areas.
  • Financial and Administrative Tasks:
  • Oversee front desk financial transactions, billing, and payment collection to ensure accuracy.
  • Monitor and control hotel expenses and assist with budget preparation.
  • Ensure all hotel management software is being used correctly.
  • Safety and Compliance:
  • Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and security regulations, including emergency procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
