The role?
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our growing team in Bangalore. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to transform data into insightful dashboards, KPIs, and reports that drive strategic decisions.

What will you do?

  • Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify, define, and track KPIs and business metrics.
  • Write SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from relational databases.
  • Use Python for data analysis, automation, and ad-hoc reporting scripts, as needed.
  • Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data availability, quality, and consistency.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
  • Ensure timely delivery of BI outputs in line with business goals and project timelines.
  • Maintain documentation for processes, models, and dashboards.
  • Assist in improving existing dashboards and processes for better scalability and performance.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 1+ year of hands-on experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analysis.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write advanced queries.
  • Experience in building dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
  • Knowledge of Python for data manipulation and automation.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into effective data visualizations and reports.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data quality concepts.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
