Role Requirements
  • Design and implement end-to-end Power BI solutions, including Interactive and Paginated Reporting.
  • Build efficient, scalable semantic models using DAX and Power BI best practices.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather and translate requirements.
  • Optimize data performance, visualizations, and user experience across reports and dashboards.
  • Guide and mentor BI developers and analysts to enhance team capability.
  • 9–20 years of experience in BI, with strong focus on Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.
  • Deep hands-on expertise in semantic modeling and report distribution (mandatory).
  • Strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M), and advanced data modeling.
  • Skilled in Power BI Apps, Subscriptions, and deployment best practices.
  • Experience with Dynamic RLS, Field Parameters, and Calculation Groups.
  • Proficient in Dataflow Gen1 & Gen2 and Deployment Pipelines.
  • Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate & Power Apps).
  • Strong knowledge of Lakehouse, Medallion Architecture, Warehouse, and OneLake.
  • Hands-on experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and cloud platforms.
