Client Servicing Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Act as primary contact for all client communication
- Manage events and on-ground activations from planning to execution
- Understand client brief and prepare activity plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, promoters, and internal teams
- Monitor event setup, branding, manpower, and campaign quality
- Share daily status reports and post-event execution report
- Maintain proper documentation (quotes, approvals, invoices, event photos, lead sheets)
Required Skills
- MBA in Sales & Marketing (Mandatory)
- Strong communication and client handling skills
- Event management knowledge and on-ground coordination
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT)
- Ability to handle multiple events and tight deadlines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
