Role Overview

We're looking for a
Sales Executive
who can handle customer interactions, manage incoming leads from social media, and build partnerships with clients and vendors. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to convert inquiries into bookings.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Handling:

  • Interact with customers from social media platforms and respond to their queries.
  • Guide customers through the booking process on the website.
  • Provide timely updates, support, and follow-ups until booking completion.

Client Outreach (B2B):

  • Connect with potential business clients, event organizers, and agencies needing rental services.
  • Generate leads through calls and maintain relationships for repeat business.

Vendor Management:

  • Identify and onboard vendors in the same domain who can list or lend their products on Rentkar's platform.
  • Maintain good coordination and ensure smooth onboarding.

Internal Coordination:

  • Work closely with operations and logistics teams for order fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate communication records and ensure all customer calls are attended promptly.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
  • Good understanding of customer service and sales communication.
  • Ability to multitask and handle both B2C and B2B interactions.
  • Punctual, reliable, and responsible in managing daily calls and tasks.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools or Google Workspace.
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or vendor management preferred (not mandatory).
