Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Associate to manage inbound and outbound sales conversations, close deals, and ensure seamless customer experiences. You will handle product queries, resolve concerns, collaborate with the customer delight team, and play a key role in driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert demos to sales by making outbound closure calls.
- Convert inbound leads into sales by effectively pitching products and solutions.
- Handle product queries from potential customers and provide accurate, timely information.
- Collaborate with the Customer Delight team to resolve customer queries and ensure smooth handovers.
- Provide tailored solutions and address objections to ensure customer satisfaction and trust.
- Maintain detailed records of leads, opportunities, and conversations in CRM tools.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales closure targets.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and foster repeat business opportunities.
- Continuously learn and stay updated on product offerings and industry trends.
- Share customer insights and feedback with product and operations teams to improve offerings.
Qualifications & Skills
- Any degree
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer-facing roles.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales closure targets.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to influence and negotiate.
- Ability to manage multiple queries, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
- Comfortable using CRM tools, sales dashboards, and virtual communication platforms.
- Customer-first mindset with problem-solving attitude.
- High energy, resilience, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
