Summary:

Join our dynamic team as a Telecaller at a leading logistics company in Pune. This role is crucial in driving organizational growth by engaging with potential leads and fostering strong relationships with partners and customers. Your ability to communicate effectively and influence stakeholders will be key to achieving daily targets and contributing to the company's success.

Responsibilities:

  • Make calls to prospective leads to achieve organizational targets and meet daily call connection goals.
  • Understand the objectives of calling activities and accurately record responses for qualitative insights.
  • Utilize persuasive and convincing skills to convert leads.
  • Engage with partners and customers daily from the office.
  • Encourage partners to join the platform.
  • Motivate customers to place orders through the platform.
  • Maintain strong relationships with partners and customers.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills, fluency in Hindi and English, and decent computer skills.
  • Influence stakeholders effectively through telephonic conversations.
  • Be prepared to visit the field if necessary.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Completion of 12th grade.
  • Willingness to engage in telecalling activities.
  • Familiarity with the local area.
  • Proficiency in the local language is essential.
