Job Role: Telecaller (Female Candidate)

Shift: Day shift

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on skills)

About the Role

We are looking for a female Tele caller with excellent English communication skills to interact with our clients. The role focuses on client communication, relationship building, and providing support through professional tele calling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls and handle inbound queries from clients.
  • Introduce company services/products to potential clients.
  • Maintain healthy client relationships through regular follow-ups.
  • Resolve client queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain client records and update information in the database.
  • Work towards client engagement and retention goals.

Requirements

  • Female candidates only.
  • Fresher to 6 months of experience in tele calling/client interaction.
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first attitude.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM preferred).
