About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Sales Executive
with hands-on experience in
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving product sales, managing customer relationships, and ensuring a smooth sales process through effective use of CRM tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and market research.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Maintain and update customer data and sales activities within the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
  • Develop and deliver product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate product solutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports and forecasts.
  • Participate in trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to promote company products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in product sales, preferably in the [software / technology / Telecom / manufacturing] sector.
  • Proven experience using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience selling SaaS or technology-based products.
  • Knowledge of digital sales and marketing strategies.
  • Understanding of sales analytics and CRM reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with pipeline management and forecasting.
