. We're looking for a driven and ambitious Sales Executive to join our team and help promote and scale our product across new markets.
Role Overview
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role is perfect for someone who is energetic, target-driven, and excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
- Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective clients.
- Understand customer pain points and pitch product solutions effectively.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle—from prospecting to closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to improve messaging and customer experience.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 1–2 years of sales experience (B2B SaaS/startup sales preferred, but not mandatory).
- Strong communication and persuasive selling skills.
- Hands-on experience in lead generation and cold outreach.
- Comfortable giving product demos via phone/video.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to grow in a startup environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Nice to Have
- Experience selling software or technology products.
- Familiarity with startup culture.
- Prior experience with inside sales or business development.
