Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and enhance brand visibility

across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and Blinkit platforms.

  • Advertising Management: Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns on the aforementioned

platforms, ensuring the highest possible TROAS.

  • Account Management: Monitor and manage seller and vendor accounts, ensuring compliance with

platform policies and promptly addressing any issues or disputes.

  • Listing Optimization: Oversee product listings to ensure accuracy, compelling content, and optimization

for search and conversion.

  • Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze sales data, advertising performance, and market trends to

inform strategy and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and supply

chain, to ensure alignment and efficient operations.

  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of platform updates, industry trends, and best practices to maintain a

competitive edge.

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in managing Amazon Ads, Seller Central, and Vendor Central; Flipkart

Ads; and Blinkit Ads. - Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Proficiency in spreadsheet tools and numerical analysis is essential.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and negotiation.

  • Problem-Solving: Aptitude for identifying issues and implementing effective solutions promptly.

  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with additional quick commerce platforms such as Zepto and Swiggy Instamart. - Familiarity with e-commerce analytics tools and software.

  • Demonstrated success in growing e-commerce sales and improving advertising performance.
