Role Overview

We're seeking a passionate and results-driven *Junior Digital Marketing Manager* to join our growing team. This role offers hands-on experience in scaling a luxury e-commerce brand, with responsibilities spanning performance marketing, social media management, content strategy, and analytics. You'll work closely with our leadership team to drive online growth and enhance brand visibility in India's rapidly expanding online jewellery market.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing & Campaign Management

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads platforms

• Manage campaign budgets and maximize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) through continuous A/B testing and audience optimization

• Track and analyze key metrics including CAC, conversion rates, CTR, and campaign ROI

*Social Media & Content Strategy*

• Create and maintain engaging content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms

• Develop compelling visual and written content that reflects our luxury brand positioning

• Engage with customers and build community through consistent brand messaging

*SEO & Organic Growth*

• Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings

• Conduct keyword research and optimize product pages and blog content

• Monitor website traffic and identify opportunities for organic growth

Analytics & Reporting

• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other tools

• Analyze customer behavior, traffic sources, and conversion funnels to identify optimization opportunities

• Present actionable insights and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness

Email Marketing & CRM

• Design and execute email campaigns for customer acquisition, retention, and re-engagement

• Segment audiences and personalize messaging to improve open rates and conversions

Collaboration

• Work closely with design, web development, and operations teams to ensure cohesive brand execution

• Coordinate with external agencies and freelancers when needed

Required Qualifications

Must-Have Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

• 2-3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce, fashion, or luxury retail

• Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms

• Strong understanding of Google Analytics, SEO fundamentals, and social media algorithms

• Proficiency in creating and analyzing campaign performance reports

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand aesthetics

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, etc.)

• Basic knowledge of Shopify, WordPress, or similar e-commerce platforms

• Familiarity with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite

• Understanding of jewellery or luxury retail industry dynamics

• Experience with influencer marketing and collaborations
